Up-and-coming motocross racer, Nick Sutherland, beat a strong field to take the U19’s class win at the second round of the Helmet Warehouse NSW MX Championships, held at Port Macquarie, at the weekend. Sutherland, who was born and raised at Inverell (NSW) and currently resides at Moree, won the qualifier and first moto and finished second in the second moto
With only three rounds of the 2010 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals remaining, fans unable to make it to a round of the Series will soon be able to tune in and check out all the action with the Championship making its debut on Fuel TV tonight (Thursday 10 June) at 7:30pm

West Australia's Wellard Yamaha Junior Development Team met with near perfect conditions for racing on the weekend at the third round of the State Championships at Hendley Park Byford. The hard pack circuit set in the hills south east of Perth would prove to be a pivotal round that sees all YJDT riders in the hunt for their respective Championships.
The sixth round of fifteen in the FIM MX-GP World Championship was a tough one for the Yamaha Monster Energy squads at a fast and demanding Glen Helen in east California. Under hot sunshine and watched by 16,000 spectators Ken De Dycker stood out with a splendid ride to 4th position in the first moto, using the potential of the YZ450F to battle rivals and also a rough course with several steep hills and many gravity-defying jumps
