It is intended that only other Club Y Members can access certain member information of yours. The following Club Y Member information is freely available to other Club Y Gold Members, only when they are logged into the Club Y website:

* Date of Birth
* Suburb
* State
* Postcode
* Web-site
* Interests
* Bike
* and how long you have been a member of Club Y for.
This information will allow other Club Y members to ascertain the area that you are based, look for members that are like-minded with similar interests or of a particular gender, age or motorcycle category. Only Club Y Gold Members that are logged in will have access to review these details or contact you through the Club Y website without your email address being declared.
Club Y may also be provided with personal information about an individual from a third party, for example via warranty registration from Yamaha Motor Australia when you purchase a new motorcycle.
How is this information used by Club Y?
Club Y uses personal information primarily for the purpose of Club Y Gold Membership establishment, communications with its Gold Members to provide updated information on products and services and enabling its’ Gold Members access to the Club Y website.
Club Y may also use this information to facilitate online purchasing of goods and services from Club Y and its affiliates.
From time to time, we may provide statistical information about sales, Member participation and to our partners. This will simply comprise data collected about Club Y Gold Members and other users to form aggregate results.
