Tickets were on-sale from 10am EST, Friday 8th May, 2009. The Gold Members reserve registrations are now being taken. * Tickets go on sale to Club Y Gold Members, Friday 8th of May 2009 at 10:00am EST and to the wider audience, Monday 18th of May 2009.
* Contact the Club Y office on 1300 79 69 79 during business hours or fill out the attached ticket application form and fax to (02) 8088 6088.
* Tickets are issued on a first in basis.
* To qualify for Club Y Gold Member exclusive offers including discounted tickets, your Club Y Gold Membership must be valid through the event dates.
* Applications for Yamaha's Exclusive MotoGP Team Dinner Function will be exclusively available to Club Y Gold Members who hold a Club Y 3 day VIP ticket for the 2009 event. Register for the exclusive function when booking your Club Y VIP Hospitality. Club Y will further contact 25 applicants to join us at this event.
* Tickets may not be on-sold without prior consent of Club Y.
* Yamaha or Club Y are under no obligation to replace lost or stolen tickets.
* Children are considered to be under the age of 15. Parents will be responsible for full care of children who attend the function.
* Cancellation. A 10% fee plus any transaction or credit card fees incurred by Club Y will apply for tickets cancelled after July 1, 2009.
