Q1. Is Club Y only for Yamaha owners?
A1. No. Club Y is open to ALL motorcycle, scooter, ATV & SSV enthusiasts keen to get active with their motorcycle product together with other like-minded people, to participate in rides, rallies, and VIP exclusive events. Club Y will endeavour to keep members up to date with all the latest Yamaha and industry news through the Club Y Insider weekly e-news, and the WOT’s ON event calendar. Club Y provide a comprehensive range of products for active Club Y members to win through competitions run on our Website and at various functions or events.
Q2. How do I join Club Y?
A2. Joining Club Y is easy and can be done in TWO very SIMPLE STEPS.
Step one is to register online or click on the ‘Join Now’ button on the Club Y home page. Following registration, your username and password will be confirmed from us by email where you will be given a “one-time login” to enable you to “login” to the Club Y website and pay for your Club Y Gold Membership via the online Shop.
Step two is to select ‘Club Y Gold Membership’ and proceed to the checkout where you can pay using the online payment method. PAYPAL is our online payment gateway providing safe and secure online payment for Club Y goods and services. Alternatively, we accept direct deposit, cheque via the post, or credit card by contacting our telephone support. As soon as your payment has been processed you will have full access to the online members’ facility and can immediately start to enjoy all of the benefits that Club Y Gold Membership provides.
Q3. How much does it cost to become a Club Y Gold Member?
A3. Club Y Gold Membership is only $50.00 AUD and provides you with 12 months of full Club Y member privileges, discounts and entitlements. Please note, in an endeavour to continually raise the quality of our package, we reserve the right to continually change, alter and grow our list of Gold Member benefits, so we can provide the best value for our members.
Yamaha Motor Australia is currently offering 12 months complimentary Club Y Gold Membership to all customers purchasing a new Yamaha Motorcycle, ATV or SSV from their product range.
Q4. What can I expect as a Club Y Gold Member?
A4. As a Club Y Gold Member you will have the opportunity to join hundreds of other like-minded riders at rallies, demo ride days as well as VIP events, member information nights and other exciting and exclusive club functions. Plus, you will receive:
• Your new Club Y Gold Member card and number in the post
• Access to the growing list of Club Y Gold Member Benefits including discounts on products, services and Club Y merchandise
• All the latest Yamaha and industry related news plus ‘information’ and ‘invitation’ exclusives via our Club Y Insider e-news portal
• Access to participate in our weekly online member promotions, giveaways and competitions – where we have some great prizes to give to active Gold Members!

Q5. Do I need an email address to become a Club Y Gold Member?
A5. To register online to become a Club Y Gold Member you will need a unique email address. The Club Y website accepts one member per unique email address as part of the Gold Member registration process. By providing an email address you are able to login to the Club Y website and gain access to Members’ only privileges. Email can be readily and easily obtained from a number of places FREE including Google, Hotmail and Yahoo.
You can still join Club Y if you don’t have an email address, however you will need to contact us so we can setup your account using a Club Y email address. Without your own personal email address you are still entitled to all the Club Y Gold Member benefits and will have access to login to the Club Y website using your username and password however, you will simply not be able to receive the latest Insider e-news by email or be contacted by us online. Club Y prefers that you do provide us with your own personal email so we can maintain regular contact with you and keep you up to date with the latest events, competitions, VIP exclusives and more.
Q6. How do I post images to the ‘Me and My Bike’ Gallery?
A6. Firstly you must be a Club Y Gold Member and logged into the website to do this. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the right hand pane of the Club Y website, just below your Username. The link will load your account details into the central website pane. Under the heading Gallery2 in your account details list, you will see the linked text: Album: YourUsername (highlighted in red). Click on this link and it will load a page with the text ‘This Album is Empty’. By clicking on the linked text ‘Add a Photo’ you can upload an image to your own personal album.
Give your album and images that personal touch by including a title and adding a story about each of your images. The best album we’ve seen so far belongs to User: QUIFF. We’re looking for creativity and will reward Club Y Gold Members for their creative Albums.

Q8. How can I become an active Club Y Gold Member?
A8. Getting active with Club Y is easy and fun.
Simply log into the Club Y website and participate in forum discussions, post local rides and events coming up in your area so other Club Y Gold Members have the opportunity to join in. Post your favourite images of you and your bike in the Club Y Members Gallery, provide us with your feedback, make suggestions, attend events, ride your bike, send us your ride story and pictures for posting and don’t dream it... live it!
